For microdosing, take 1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach. There are 2 popular dosing schedules for microdosing. First, the Fadiman Protocol: 1 day on, 2-3 days off. Second, the Paul Stamets Protocol: 4–5 days on, 2–3 days off. Always start with just a single capsule to assess your personal tolerance to psilocybin. You may increase your dose to 2 or 3 capsules, but for most, over 500mg will start to get you high and will no longer produce the same effects as a microdose.
